CAPA Membership Policy
Please know that CAPA Membership is designed for your personal use and that the privileges thereof are non-transferable. CAPA reserves the right to revoke the membership privileges of anyone who engages in the resale of tickets purchased during members’ advance sale days or if any other membership privilege is abused. Please remember that the quantity of tickets that may be purchased on advance sale days is limited by your level of membership. CAPA reserves the right to limit the number of tickets sold during one transaction to any CAPA member.

Ticketmaster Policy
Before purchasing your tickets, please be aware of the following policies:

• All tickets are subject to a convenience charge.

• You may purchase tickets by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover or cash.

• A valid photo ID is required for credit card purchases. Fraudulent or unauthorized use of credit card will be prosecuted to the fullest extent.

• The Ticketmaster system automatically selects the “best available” seat(s) at time of purchase.

• Carefully examine your tickets. Exchanges or refunds are not allowed after leaving this counter, unless the event is cancelled. To be eligible for an authorized refund, you must present and surrender the original tickets. For authorized ticket refunds in which a credit card was the form of payment, the tickets and the credit card or the tickets and the customer receipt from the original sale are required for the refund to be completed.

• Keep your tickets safe. They cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Direct sunlight or heat can damage your tickets.

• Ticket sales, refund and exchange policies are determined by the promoter or event presenter. Questions concerning these policies should be referred to Ticketmaster at: 614-847-4400.

• Many venues have a box office where tickets may be purchased without paying Ticketmaster’s convenience fee. Event ticket availability and box office hours of operation are subject to change without notice and are not controlled by
Ticketmaster. You may contact the venue for its box office hours.

• Convenience charges for certain out of area events include additional distance charges to be disclosed to you prior to purchase.

• Certain geographic restrictions may apply. At the request of event presenters, tickets for some events may be purchased by residents of specific cities or states.

• Certain selected tickets sold here may be subject to a cash discount against the amount of Ticketmaster convenience charge when payment is made in cash rather than by a consumer using a credit card. The cash discount may not apply to each event or each facility. If you are interested in the possibility of obtaining this cash discount, please ask the service representative for more information.
