S.N.A.P. (Shubert Night At A Performance) provides the most direct service to the Shubert’s urban neighbors. Partnering with New Haven based social service, youth service, local schools, religious and other community neighborhood service providers, this program provides tickets to families, teenagers and senior citizens for a wide variety of performances at the Shubert Theater.

Approximately 1400 sponsor-funded tickets are distributed annually through this program.

S.N.A.P also offers participants the opportunity to host specially designed event-related presentations as well as receive educational materials providing information about the theater and their event. Through accessibility and engaging event related educational activities for S.N.A.P. participants, this program supports the theater’s ongoing mission of community partnerships in drawing in new audiences.
