CAPA New Haven - Support CAPA - Friends of the Shubert

The Shubert Theater is one of New Haven's largest not-for-profit organizations. Although 80% of our operating budget is earned each year from ticket sales and rentals, we rely on community support for that critical 20%.

The Friends of the Shubert Campaign is our annual fund, which supports the operation of the Shubert Theater. Your support for the Friends of the Shubert Campaign helps bring the world’s top artists to New Haven, maintains our historic downtown theater, and funds our community outreach and education initiatives.

The Shubert Theater cannot do this alone. We call on you to help us continue to provide a home for the arts in our city by supporting the Friends of the Shubert Campaign. With your gift, you become part of the arts—helping yourself and those around you to discover the magic of live theater and music.
