Payment & Performance Policies

How to Order:

  1. CHOOSE! Select the productions you and your students want to see. School, homeschool, and senior groups only please. Payment is due in full no later than 2 weeks prior to the performance or your order may be cancelled.
  2. MAIL the order form to Heather Kalman, CAPA Education Programs, 55 E. State Street, Columbus OH 43215; OR
  3. FAX the order form to 614-384-5945 ATTN: CAPA Education Programs; OR
  4. CALL the CAPA Ticket Center at 614-469-0939 to reserve over the phone for individual tickets. For groups of 25 or more, CALL Heather at 614-719-6764. Please complete the order form before you call so you have all information available, including special needs.

Reservations & Payment Instructions

Groups of under 25 are expected to pay at the time of purchase.  Groups of 25 and over, will receive an invoice within two weeks of reservation and are expected to pay the FULL BALANCE no later than two (2) weeks prior to the performance(s). CAPA reserves the right to cancel any reservation that is not paid in full two weeks prior to your student matinee date. 

Any changes to reservation(s) must also be made no later than two (2) weeks prior to the performances). 

Payments can be made in the form of ONE check (school or personal), cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover. *Purchase Orders may be submitted but are not considered final payment.  All purchase orders must be converted into an acceptable payment type and submitted no later than two (2) weeks prior to the performance(s).

Seating & Accessibility

All seating will be assigned on the day of the show. Our mission at CAPA is to make our performances accessible to everyone in our community, so if you require special seating arrangements due to a disability, please alert our staff when making your reservation. Please make your request at least two weeks prior to the performance, so we can work to make the appropriate accommodations.

Order Adjustments

Any changes to reservation(s) must be made no later than two (2) weeks prior to the performances). NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR UNUSED SEATS ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW.

Inclement Weather and Emergencies

If your school is closed or delayed due to inclement weather or an emergency on the day of a scheduled performance, please notify us before show time that you will not be attending.  You will have the opportunity to attend another performance (pending availability) or to receive a refund.  IN THE EVENT OF A CLOSING OR OTHER EMERGENCY THE DAY OF YOUR SCHEDULED PERFORMANCE, PLEASE CALL 614-719-6732.
