When is the renewal deadline?

The renewal deadline for current subscribers is Friday, April 15, 2022.

When do new subscriptions go on sale?

New subscriptions go on sale Tuesday, May 17, 2022. Sign up for our waitlist at BroadwayInColumbus.com to be notified when new subscriptions become available.

How can I change my current seats or performance day/time?

You will need to renew your current seats. You’ll receive an invitation later this spring to change your subscription seats and/or performance after the renewal period has ended.

What are your health and safety protocols?

The health and safety of our subscribers, ticket holders, staff, artists and community are our top priorities. CAPA/Broadway In Columbus has a current health and safety plan in place that has been developed in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines. We’ll continue to adjust health and safety protocols required for guests as needed, and by purchasing today you assume all risks related to COVID-19. You’ll get an email from us before each show with the latest information.

What if a performance is canceled, postponed or rescheduled?

The value of your tickets is safe.

In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund. If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance. Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased through BroadwayInColumbus.com, Ticketmaster and the CAPA Ticket Center. Some restrictions apply. The above policies apply to tickets sold by Broadway In Columbus, CAPA and Broadway Across America for presentations at the Ohio and Palace Theatres in Columbus, Ohio.

When can I buy additional tickets & how many may I buy?

Additional tickets for the on season shows and ticket exchanges will be available in later this summer. You will receive an email notification in advance of this process starting. The additional ticket limit is nine (9) tickets for all shows.

When can I purchase tickets to a season option?

Once a subscription has been purchased or renewed, subscribers have priority access to buy tickets to season options.
