Supporting the Arts:
Good for the Community, Good for the Economy, Good for You
There are many ways to give to CAPA, and there are even more ways that your donation makes an impact. Here are just a few ways that your gift supports our work:
- Provides for maintenance and care of the historic Ohio, Palace, and Southern Theatres so they continue to be a community treasure for the next generation and beyond.
- Allows CAPA to continue to presenting world-class entertainment on our stages, in turn bringing people to downtown Columbus and driving business to area restaurants, hotels, and merchants.
- Strengthens our entire performing arts community by allowing us to maintain our facilities and offer them at reasonable rates to our resident arts groups.
- Enables CAPA to provide administrative support for our shared services partners such as CATCO, the Phoenix Theatre for Children, and Opera Columbus—in turn saving them thousands of dollars each year in back office staffing expenses.
No matter which cause is important to you, a donation to CAPA’s Annual Fund will directly impact the community. Beyond operating support, you can also make a gift to the CAPA Endowment, which serves as a long-term investment to protect and preserve our theatres.

All CAPA Members are invited to attend our Annual Meeting on Tuesday, September 11, 2012 at 12 pm. Please join us at the Ohio Theatre, Room 1 (lower level), 55 E. State Street in downtown Columbus.
