Fred and Ginger dance their way through London and Italy in this romp of mistaken identities, mixed signals, fake marriages, and of course, love, all backed by some of Irving Berlin’s most memorable songs. When showman Jerry Travers wakes up Dale Tremont tap-dancing in a hotel room above hers, he falls for her, despite her annoyance and indifference. A few classic rom-com misunderstandings later, the couple may or may not dance happily into the sunset.
