Social Justice Series

As part of CAPA's commitment to fight systemic racism in our community, we present our Social Justice Series which explores the issues we continue to face as a community and a nation, through the perspectives of a range of outstanding artists of color. Titles were intentionally selected to provide age-appropriate offerings spanning Kindergarten through high school, so you can select the best performance for your students.

Ordering

TICKETS GO ON SALE MONDAY, AUGUST 14.

For tickets to in-person performances:

  1. For groups of 8 or less, please purchase your tickets through CBUSArts.com or call the Ticket Office at 614-469-0939 to reserve over the phone. Payment is due at the time of purchase.
  2. For groups of more than 8, submit our online order form or call Joe Calmer at 614-719-6900. Payment is due in full no later than 2 weeks prior to the performance or your order may be cancelled.

Online ticket reservations will be processed until 12pm on the business day prior to the show. After 12pm, tickets may be purchased by calling the Ticket Center at 614-469-0939. If tickets are available, they will also be sold at the door. Ticket sales are subject to availability.

Thanks to our generous donors and sponsors, we can provide our virtual programming free-of-charge. To receive the link to our virtual arts engagements, please visit the event page - listed above - for each virtual production to submit a reservation form.

Subsidized Tickets & Transportation Assistance
Thanks to our generous donors and sponsors, we can provide a limited number of subsidized tickets and transportation assistance to schools that qualify. Scholarship applications will open on Monday, August 14.

Payment & Performance Policies

Reservations & Payment Instructions

Groups of 8 or less are expected to pay at the time of purchase. Groups over 8, will receive an invoice within two weeks of reservation and are expected to pay the FULL BALANCE no later than two (2) weeks prior to the performance(s). CAPA reserves the right to cancel any reservation that is not paid in full two weeks prior to your student matinee date.

Any changes to reservation(s) must also be made no later than two (2) weeks prior to the performances.

Payments can be made in the form of ONE check (school or personal), cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.

*Purchase Orders may be submitted but are not considered final payment. All purchase orders must be converted into an acceptable payment type and submitted no later than two (2) weeks prior to the performance(s).

Seating & Accessibility

Our mission at CAPA is to make our performances accessible to everyone in our community, so if you have any access needs, please alert our staff when making your reservation. Please make your request at least two weeks prior to the performance, so we can work to make the appropriate accommodation. All seating will be assigned on the day of the show.

Order Adjustments

Any changes to reservation(s) must be made no later than two (2) weeks prior to the performances. NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR UNUSED SEATS ON THE DAY OF THE SHOW.

Inclement Weather, Illness, and Emergencies

If your school is closed or delayed due to inclement weather, illness, or an emergency on the day of a scheduled performance, please notify us before show time that you will not be attending. You will have the opportunity to attend another performance (pending availability) or to receive a refund. IN THE EVENT OF A CLOSING OR OTHER EMERGENCY THE DAY OF YOUR SCHEDULED PERFORMANCE, PLEASE CALL 614-719-6900.
